RISE Rugby was built for the kids.

That means both the players (kids), as well as the young adult coaches and referees (i.e. kids), both groups of which are learning together (that’s the point). We love parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians, siblings, and tagalongs – but let’s let the kids do their thing, on their own. All supporters will be required to watch from the bleachers.

Parents, if somehow you can’t figure out what to do with a newly reclaimed two hours on a Sunday, here are some ideas:

Eat & Drink

And get some work done, if you must. Prescott Market West is literally across the street. They have great food options, a brewery, and often live music. You’re welcome.

Go For a Run / Walk / Bike

The Bay Bridge Trail and Observation Pier is about a 5k away. Betcha can’t use 7 Sundays to get fitter than your kid!

Black Liberation Walking Tour

Just try it one time; it’s really cool.

Shopping

There are plenty of fancy big box stores nearby for the boring essentials. But we suggest visiting our friends at Oaklandish HQ right down the road (creators of our Coaches Gear).
